Martin MarshMartin has over 20 years experience as a chef, and worked freelance up and down the country at major events for over 8 years. Street food was a was a way of expressing Martin's passion for cooking with the freedom to travel and not be tied to one restaurant. His passion for Eastern food and its diverse flavours was how Fat Breads was founded, and he now proudly caters for weddings, events and functions all over Cornwall, and can at various locations with his popular street food stall! All Martin's Eastern style dishes are made using authentic spices from the Middle East, but he can also cater for different tastes.
